On Saturday, October 4, 2025, we're hosting a tea for all ladies! Join us in the tradition of tea while fellowshipping with other ladies and hearing an inspiring speaker, Christi Hanna Haag. We will also be hearing from Julia Fojt, Michelle Goodson, and Julie Smith.
Mark your calendars now to save the date for this special event. We are using Event Brite to register who is coming so we can prepare for everyone. Please get your free tickets at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/steep-step-a-ladies-tea-tickets-1640742838999 or sign up on the sheet in the ASBC foyer.
Invite your friends, sisters, daughters, mother, coworkers, and any other ladies you know!
Our weekly Wednesday night activities will serve children from age 3 through grade 12 this year! Awana begins at 6:30 PM on Wednesday nights and includes a light supper, Bible study time, and recreation. Awana ends at 7:30 PM.
While children are in Awana, parents/guardians are invited to join us for prayer meeting and Bible study in the ASBC fellowship hall.
Awana can always use extra helpers. If you'd like to volunteer with our Awana program, contact Amy Whaley. All teachers and helpers undergo a background check for the safety of our children.
SAVE THE DATES for the upcoming 2025-2026 ASBC blood drives! All of these blood drives will be on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Beginning Sunday, September 29, 2024, Austin Street Baptist Church will be holding a praise and worship service at 8:30 AM. This service will include a variety of contemporary praise songs led by Jimmy Read and the ASBC praise and worship team. Joining together to sing the songs will serve as an offering to the One who loves us so much, our one and only Jesus. Our goal through this service and our traditional service is for everyone to leave knowing and feeling that they have been in the presence of our Almighty God. The message from Pastor Whaley will be the same in the 8:30 AM (praise and worship) and 10:45 AM (traditional) services. Everyone is welcome at either or both of our Sunday morning worship services!
